The museum was built during the years 1962-1965 aiming at making eminent the sculptures of the Diana Temple.

MUSEUM OF ASIAN ART
The Museum was founded in 1927 after the donation of 10.500 objects by Gregorios Manos and operated till 1974 about, as Chinese-Japanese, Later, it was, enriched with other collections from Central Asia and from then it operates as Asian. It is hosted in the Palace of Saint Michael and George.

The Museum is hosted in the holy church of Virgin Mary the Antivouniotissa. One of the oldest of the city of Corfu and contains a collection of Byzantine and post Byzantine icons and treasures.

SOLOMOS MUSEUM
The house where lived, wrote and died the National poet Dionysios Solomos. In this Museum are kept the desk of the poet, photographic material and a rich Solomic Library.
